Your newpany A well-established Bolton based business are now recruiting for an Administrator within their growing tax department. You will be the first point of contact assisting colleagues by providing administrative support, therefore you should be well organised, efficient and have a flexible approach to work.This position is office based working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Your new roleAs Tax administrator your duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to;
1. Onboarding process including money laundering checks
2. Sending documents via Docusign for signature
3. Setting up newpanies as requested
4. Typing of letters, emails and reports
5. Photocopying, filing, archiving and scanning as required
6. Emailing bills to clients
7. Sending our registered office post
8. Zoom/Teams meetings
9. Meeting bookings as required
10. Taking calls
11. Helping on reception as and when required
12. Any other admin task as required
What you'll need to succeed Experience in a busy admin function
13. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint
and Outlook.
14. Excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills
15. Ability to work under pressure
16. Proactive and able to prioritise
17. Team player, friendly, helpful and flexible
