Role Overview: We’re looking for a resourceful and analytical Founder’s Associate to work directly with our founding team. This role is highly versatile — you’ll support strategy, operations, real estate evaluation, and financial modeling. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone with an architecture background or a strong interest in real estate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-scaling property-tech startup. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy. Assist in evaluating potential property acquisitions, including architectural and zoning feasibility. Build financial and operating models to support decision-making (e.g. cashflow, ROI, sensitivity analysis). Contribute to due diligence processes by gathering data, reviewing documents, and liaising with advisors. Support investor relations with pitch decks, reports, and data room preparation. Coordinate with external stakeholders including architects, contractors, and consultants. Develop performance dashboards and reporting to track business KPIs. Take on ad hoc projects that drive growth and efficiency across the business. Requirements: Strong analytical ability and confidence working with numbers (Excel / spreadsheets). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Interest in real estate, property development, or architecture. Self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Preferred: Educational or professional background in architecture, real estate, urban planning, or related fields. Experience with financial modeling, due diligence, or feasibility studies. Familiarity with CAD or architectural tools is a plus.
