About the role:
We are looking to recruit a Contact Centre Agent with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, while maximising opportunities for PDSA at every customer interaction.

About you:
Successful candidates will have an excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard and data entry skills. Experience in a similar environment and a drive to succeed are essential.
