Marketplace Content Assistant - Amazon
Salary £29,000pa Location Peterborough Head Office Contracted Hours Office Based full time role, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

The Vacancy
What is the role
This role supports the day-to-day management of the Amazon marketplace for brands sold across major UK and international platforms, including Amazon, ASOS, Next, and Zalando. It focuses on online trading, identifying product trends, creating high-converting product listings, launching new products, and optimising marketplace content.
What you will do
1. Working alongside Marketplace Manager on the current Amazon locations UK, US, IE, DE and FR.
2. Manage Amazon Listings to ensure accurate engaging product information (descriptions, title, imagery, keywords, size guides)
3. Resolve search suppressed and inactive listings to improve product parity
4. Improve listing visibility through use of the listing quality dashboard
5. Raise and manage support cases with the integrator and seller support, following through to resolution.
6. Continuously manage and optimise our 6 Amazon Brand Stores
7. Create engaging Premium A+ content for all listings on a generic brand level and at product level for best-sellers
8. Resolve any customer or listings issues alongside the customer service team/Amazon support team and suggest changes to ways of working to reduce customer issues
9. Ensure Account Health is always healthy with no risk of failing any SLA’s or deactivation
10. Set up promotions and deals in line with the marketing calendar outlined by the Marketplace Manager.
11. Stay up to date with Amazon guidelines and policies to ensure we are consistently compliant on the marketplace
12. Research competitor activity to make sure we are producing best in class optimised data
13. Regularly check the customer journey for our products to ensure best in class customer satisfaction is achieved
14. Support all wider marketplace activities and new initiatives to optimise content and increase brand visibility and sales performance when required.

Requirements:
23. Experience with Amazon Seller Central 3P
24. An understanding of Amazon SEO and listing optimisation
25. Excellent English writing and communication skills
26. A-Level or equivalent qualification in Business/Marketing
27. Intermediate level of Excel is essential (lookups, formulas etc)
28. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Desirable but not required:
29. Knowledge of PPC advertising
30. Experience working with large product catalogues and data sets
31. Graphic design experience (for A+ and Brand Stores)
32. Previous experience working with integrators and facilitators such as Rithum would be advantageous.
