The Role
As the Senior Learner Engagement Manager, you ll lead and mentor a regional engagement team to maximise learner participation and progression.
Your role will include:
* Overseeing the recruitment and engagement strategy for multiple Bootcamp cohorts.
* Developing new partnerships with referral agencies, local authorities, and employer networks.
* Driving performance to meet ambitious engagement and start targets.
* Monitoring data and reporting on learner conversion and outcomes.
* Working closely with operations and delivery managers to ensure seamless learner experiences.
Ideal Candidate
* Strong background in learner engagement, employability, or apprenticeship recruitment.
* Proven track record of hitting sales, learner start, or apprenticeship enrolment targets.
* Leadership or team management experience within a training environment.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across the region.
* Desirable: Experience with Bootcamps, ASF, or other government-funded programmes.
* Desirable: Understanding of local labour market needs in West Yorkshire.
