Corporate Security Officer - ICTS

In this high-profile role, you will ensure the safety and security of premises and people at a prestigious client site. Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a secure environment.
Your Responsibilities
As an experienced Security Officer with strong customer focus, you will:
Manage access control for buildings and car parks for employees, visitors, and contractors
Patrol buildings, car parks, and grounds to deter and detect issues
Respond promptly to customer requests and queries
Check and challenge ID passes in a professional and friendly manner
Activate/deactivate alarms and lock/unlock buildings, rooms, gates, and barriers
Identify and report Health & Safety concerns and administer first aid if required
Maintain accurate records, including incident reports, using computer and paper-based systems
Shift Details:
This is a relief role covering holiday and sickness, flexibility and reliability are essential to support your team.
Essential Requirements
SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) licence
Proven background in security, ideally corporate security
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
Strong customer service skills
Competent IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High standard of personal presentation
Understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion
Desirable (Not Essential)
First Aid at Work qualification
SIA CCTV (PSS) licence
Previous experience in a similar role
