Regional HR Business Partner
Location: Coventry with UK-wide travel. Hybrid working: 2‑3 days per week on site.
Description
* Deliver a full range of generalist HR services, supporting the embedding of the group HR strategy.
* Provide strategic HR support and guidance to regional site leadership.
* Oversee a wide range of employee relations cases.
* Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with organisational goals.
* Support recruitment processes, including workforce planning and talent acquisition.
* Advise managers on performance management and staff development strategies.
* Analyse HR data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
* Collaborate with other HR team members to deliver consistent and effective services.
Profile
* Proven background in a similar generalist, multi‑site HR Business Partner role.
* Ideally holds a CIPD qualification.
* Comfortable working in a multi‑site role with regular UK-wide travel.
