What you’ll do
Project & Team Support
* Prepare and circulate weekly status reports.
* Manage all project filing, ensuring documents are organised and accessible.
* Oversee the uploading of all client handover documents.
* Handle the diarising of briefs and booking of key project meetings.
* Arrange all teamlogistics, including booking meeting rooms, travel, and refreshments.
Client & Team Administration
* Serve as a key internal contact, facilitatingseamless communication.
* Support the account team in managing projects from inception to completion.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
What you’ll need
* Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
* A proactive, can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
* A passion for branding and an interest in the retail sector.
* Experience in an agency or administrative role is desirable.
