Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain schedules, including appointments and meetings.
* Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Utilise Google Suite and Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed.
* Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for business trips.
* Prepare reports and presentations as required.
Requirements
* Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with bookkeeping is a plus but not mandatory.
* Able to take initiative and work independently
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent administrative skills, including data entry accuracy.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Desirable but not essential:
* • Experience in financial services or professional services
* • Local knowledge of Shrewsbury and surrounding areas

Pay: £18,186.38-£30,000.00 per year
