We're currently looking for a Senior Resource Planning Manager to lead the strategic development, delivery and optimisation of resource and systems across the Money and Homes business, to enhance both colleague and customer experiences.This role will be responsible for overseeing resource allocation across both customer facing telephony and back-office teams, ensuring they are adequately equipped and staffed to meet operational goals and service levels.
