The Role As Learning & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for: Designing and delivering impactful change readiness workshops and learning experiences aligned to organisational transformation initiatives. Facilitating engaging learning sessions that support individuals and teams through change. Partnering with stakeholders to understand change impacts and learning needs across the organisation. Translating complex change and business concepts into practical, learner-focused experiences. Creating psychologically safe learning environments that encourage participation, reflection and open discussion. Evaluating learning effectiveness and continuously improving content and delivery approaches. About You We’re looking for someone who is adaptable and pro-active, flexible in responding to changing needs and proactive in spotting improvements. You’ll be a great team-worker, collaborating effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders. We would love to hear from you if you have the following experience and skills: Essential: Experience in learning and development, training, facilitation, or organisational development Proven ability to design and deliver engaging workshops or training programs Strong facilitation skills with the ability to create a psychologically safe learning environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfort working in change environments and supporting people through uncertainty. Knowledge of current L&D trends and practices Experience delivering change-related learning or working on transformation programs Knowledge of change management methodologies and models Desirable: Experience with virtual and blended learning delivery Experience working in financial services or other regulated environments Ability to create eLearning content and manage through a Learning Management System Accredited Insights Discovery practitioner (accreditation will be funded if not held) Experience managing supplier relationships Interested?
