We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational teacher and leader who can support the Headteacher to continue to embed and further develop high quality teaching and learning across the school. 1. Secure knowledge of current developments and the latest educational research
2. Experience of leading curriculum and staff development
3. The enthusiasm and drive to sustain and further enhance teaching practice across the school
4. Excellent teamwork skills, and the ability to motivate staff in a supportive, collaborative way
