The Ideal Candidate
We Are Looking For An Experienced Head Chef Who
* Has proven experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous role
* Is passionate about fresh, seasonal, and local produce
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
* Is a confident leader with excellent communication skills
* Is ready to hit the ground running and take on a new challenge
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the kitchen operation day-to-day
* Design and deliver seasonal, high-quality menus
* Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and safety
* Recruit, train, and manage a seasonal brigade
* Mentor and develop junior kitchen team members
* Work effectively as part of the senior management team
* Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency at all times
Working hours
will be varied and will include evenings and weekends.
