Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment Use specialist equipment and communication tools (e.g., PECS, Makaton)Ideal Candidate: Experience working with children or young people with PMLD or complex needs A caring and empathetic nature Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
