Oracle Cloud HCM Lead:
VDOT is seeking a talented and experienced Oracle CloudHCM Lead to spearhead the deployment customization and managementof Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management suite. This role involvesleading the implementation and continuous improvement of the cloudHCM application to enhance business processes. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in implementing end to end Cloud HCMprocess flows and the ability to translate business needs intotechnological solutions as per industry best practices.
Responsibilities:
* Proven experience as a Lead consultant todrive HR technology implementations through planning process designconfiguration Process playback user acceptance testing cutover andproduction launch.
* Lead the Design andconfiguration of the Oracle cloud HCM modules particularly OracleRecruiting Cloud Onboarding and Talent Management Suite.
* Configure and Optimize the Oracle Recruiting cloud (ORC)to streamline Recruitment Processes including Job RequisitionsCandidate sourcing screening and onboarding Recruiting BoosterOracle Digital Assistant Integrations etc.
* Ability to understand and adopt the current state of themodule design/development and drive the project lifecycle tillcompletion with minimal support.
* Ability todesign the Integration solutions between Oracle cloud HCM andthirdparty applications ensuring security compliance and integrityof applications and data.
* Ability to designcustom rules using Visual Builder studio using Express/AdvancedMode and migration to various environments.
* Must be adept at using Sandbox tools to enhance the UI/UXof the Oracle cloud HCM application features.
* Ability to create HCM Extracts HDL Loads BIP and OTBIReports and dashboards with appropriate security.
* Ability to use excellent judgmental skills in enhancingand maintaining HCM role security and setting up audit policies asper industry standards.
* Must possess theimplementation and postproduction support of using OracleMiddleware technologies like OIC.
* Ability toperform the Post clone activities that includes but not limited toData Masking User Accounts password resets etc.
* Ability to demonstrate the solution approach throughProof of concept and seek business approval before transitioninginto Solution Design/Development phase.
* Mustpossess the technical knowhow of the quarterly updates and theirimpact on business processes on timely basis and assist businessteams in adopting the new features seamlessly.
* Ability to articulate the product/module features tobusiness teams by conducting the Product familiarity sessions asneeded.
* Ability to drive the transition ofOracle HCM suite from classic UI to Redwood as per theOrganizational roadmap guidelines.
* Ability todocument the requirements/features as prescribed in AIM/OUMmethodology.
* Must be able to Workindependently schedule time efficiently and set priorities in adiverse stakeholders environment.
