Quality Assurance Auditor
We are recruiting for 3x day shift and 1x night shift Quality Assurance Auditors in Wisbech. Working for a recruitment agency on a market leading FMCG food production site.
As a Quality Assurance Auditor you will need to:
* Be able to speak, read and write in a good level of English language.
* Be punctual, reliable and accurate.
* Have previous experience in the field.
Details of a Quality Assurance Auditor role:
* Day shift: 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on - 4 off (£14.09 per hour)
* Night shift: 19:00 - 03:00, Monday to Friday (£15.09 per hour)
* Footwear and locker will be provided
* Cold environment
* Location: Wisbech
Role of a Quality Assurance Auditor:
1. Verify that raw material preparation, manufacturing production and product storage/distribution is compliant with food safety, legal and customers' quality standards.
2. Sample, test, and monitor to verify that all raw materials are being supplied in a safe and compliant manner.
3. Complete routine micro sampling by collecting all relevant samples, adhering to procedures and protocols, to ensure the quality, safety, and legality of the products sampled.
4. Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly checks on ambient materials.
