Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire
Salary: £12.47 per hour plus benefits
Hours: Shifts vary between 7:00 am and 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday (on a shift rota basis)
Contract: Part-time, casual
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK driving license is essential

What will you be doing?
* Daily Care & Support: Assisting with personal care, meals, medication, and daily tasks.
* Building Relationships: Connecting with the people you support, understanding their needs, and supporting their independence.
* Empowering Independence: Supporting personal goals and encouraging creative activities.
* Social Engagement: Facilitating participation in social activities and hobbies.
* Respect & Dignity: Treating individuals and families with respect and dignity.
Experience with learning disabilities, autism, or visual impairment is advantageous. Flexibility to respond to the needs of the home(s) is required.

Who you will be Supporting?
Launching in August 2025, Mulberry Lodge is a 6-bed supported living home for adults with complex needs and learning disabilities, including challenging behaviours. Residents may require PEG feeding or Vagus Nerve Stimulation for epilepsy. Engagement with the community is encouraged, including shopping, crafts, music, and sports.
