Experience
Essential criteria
1. Experience of working in a busy office environment
2. Experience of working in a customer focused team
3. Experience and knowledge of using IT systems
Desirable criteria
4. Experience of working with NHS IT systems
5. Previous experience in an Imaging Department
Qualifications
Essential criteria
6. Education to GCSE level including passes in Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent
7. Relevant IT qualification (e.g. ECDL) or equivalent knowledge

8. Evidence of IT systems related learning
Interpersonal skills

9. Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
10. Able to work independently and manage own work load
11. Highly developed keyboard and software application skills to ensure delivery of accurate and speedy information handling
