We invite caring individuals to join our team as Support Workers or Care Assistants. Full training and support will be provided.
What you will be doing:
1. Assist those we support with daily tasks using the training provided.
2. Support in day-to-day activities such as social visits, family visits, and days out to local attractions.
3. Keep paperwork up to date to ensure accurate records for each person in the home.
4. Work positively with colleagues, families, and external organisations to support residents.
What we would like you to have:
1. A basic understanding of care is beneficial; no formal experience required.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Pride in working with vulnerable people and a serious approach to safeguarding.
4. Effective decision-making and judgment.
5. Strong planning and organisation skills.
6. Achievement of all Health & Safety standards.
