We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Walsall. This full-time position begins in December 2025 and has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Your SEN Teaching Assistant Role Will Include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with a variety of SEN needs
Assisting teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
Adapting learning materials and approaches to suit individual learners
Encouraging pupils confidence, independence, and active participation
Working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure cohesive, effective support
Were Looking For Someone Who: Is a graduate or soon-to-be graduate (all subjects welcome)
Ideally has some experience supporting children with SEN (training can be provided)
Demonstrates patience, empathy, and a commitment to helping every child succeed
Is a strong communicator, proactive team member, and eager to learn

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
