Account Executive
KHR have partnered with a well-established and respected business in Tunbridge Wells, who are looking for a confident and driven Account Executive to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Reconnect with lapsed customers and uncover new opportunities
* Speak with existing clients to build and grow relationships
* Proactively make outbound calls
* Manage accounts and ensure customers receive a top-tier service
* Process orders and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes
* Use a bespoke CRM system to record all activity
Desired qualifications
* Confident on the phone and enjoys building rapport
* Previous experience in sales or account management
* Self-starter comfortable working independently
* Solid IT skills (Office 365 knowledge is ideal – systems are easy to learn)
* Proactive mindset and a genuine interest in growing a customer base
