Elevation Accountancy and Finance are delighted to be working with a fantastic business in the Hull area as they look to recruit either a trainee or an experienced payroll professional into their team on a full time, permanent basis.Are you looking to kick-start or grow your career in payroll? Responsibilities:
* Processing a variety of payrolls (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly)
* Managing key admin tasks such as new starters, leavers, and contract changes
* Training to handle PAYE queries and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
* Supporting with compliance and legislative responsibilities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Managing your own client portfolio and workflow over time
Support & Development:
* One-on-one mentoring from experienced payroll professionals
* Full training on systems, processes, and compliance
* Support and funding to pursue your CIPP qualification
* Clear career progression opportunities
Who We’re Looking For:
You could be:
* A school or college leaver, graduate, or career changer
* Already working in payroll and looking to level up
* Motivated, organised, and eager to learn
What you’ll need:
* GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade A–C / 4+)
* A positive attitude and a desire to build a career in payroll(No prior payroll experience required — we provide full training.)
