Your new company A well‑established and continually growing organisation in the Co. Tyrone area is seeking a talented Management Accountant to join its finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially focused role where you will work closely with the Financial Controller and senior leadership team. Due to ongoing expansion, the business is now strengthening its finance function with a forward‑thinking and ambitious Management Accountant. Your new role As Management Accountant, you will act as the number two to the Financial Controller, supporting the full management accounts process while contributing to wider financial operations and business improvement. Key responsibilities include: Preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Supporting cashflow management and financial planning Balance sheet reconciliations and month‑end processes Supporting year‑end audit activities Providing financial insights to operational teams and senior management Improving financial processes, controls and efficiency within the department Business partnering across non‑finance departments Supporting the Financial Controller with projects and strategic initiatives What you'll need to succeed Part‑qualified or fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) OR qualified by experience Strong management accounting experience within an SME or similar environment Excellent analytical and communication skills Ability to work proactively, manage deadlines and drive improvements Strong Excel and systems capability A collaborative approach with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders What you'll get in return This is an outstanding opportunity offering: Salary up to £50,000 DoE Early Friday finish for improved work‑life balance Opportunity to act as number two to the Financial Controller Excellent career progression in a growing organisation Supportive, professional working environment What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
