Are you passionate about water safety and creating a positive experience for swimmers? Join the 4Leisure team as a Lifeguard in Central London. This role offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to be part of a supportive, inclusive team environment.
Salary: £14 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay), paid fortnightly!
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the safety of all pool users by preventing accidents and responding promptly to emergencies.
* Supervise swimming activities and enforce pool rules to maintain a safe environment.
* Conduct regular checks and maintain cleanliness in the pool area.
* Assist with setting up and packing away pool equipment.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns from pool users.
Preferred Requirements:
* Strong swimming ability.
* NPLQ certificate (National Pool Lifeguard Qualification) preferred.
* Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
