Pay Rate: £12.60 per hour

We are currently hiring dedicated Care Workers for both full-time and part-time positions in the KT16, KT15, KT14, KT13, KT12, KT8 areas and surrounding locations.
Requirements:
Applicants must have access to one of the following for transportation
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (with business insurance).
A motorbike
A scooter
Availability for one of the following shifts:
Monday - Friday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm
Saturday - Sunday: 7 am - 5 pm or 5 pm - 10 pm

Responsibilities:
Provide direct care and support to individuals with physical or learning disabilities.
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and companionship.
Provide safe and compassionate care and support that is person-centred.
Perform personal care tasks as outlined in the clients care plan.
Create and maintain good communication with clients and other members of the support network.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients.
Monitor and report any changes to care managers.
Assess risks and needs, reporting to the care manager.
Adhere to all Hartwig Care Ltd policies, aims.
