Job Description

This exciting role as a HR Operations Co-ordinator offers the opportunity to work within a distinguished and historically significant organisation.

Key responsibilities:

* Coordinate and support HR operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
* Handle HR administration, including maintaining employee records and database management.
* Assist with compliance requirements such as DBS checks and other safeguarding procedures.
* Help facilitate onboarding processes for new staff members.
* Support HR projects and initiatives as required, maintaining accurate documentation.
* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide a high standard of customer service.

About you:

* Previous experience in HR coordination or administration roles, ideally within a compliance led capacity.
* Familiarity with compliance procedures, including DBS checks.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, approachable and empathetic in dealing with staff and external partners.
* An understanding of HR policies and procedures, with a professional attitude towards confidentiality and safeguarding.
* Proactive, reliable, and keen to support a team in a busy environment.
