This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a senior role with responsibility for leading a small team, strengthening processes, and providing commercial insight to senior leadership. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring accuracy and compliance across reporting. Oversee month-end, management accounts, budgets, and forecasting. Manage cash flow, reconciliations, billing, and VAT returns. Drive improvements in financial processes and controls. Provide analysis and insight to support operational and strategic decision-making. Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders, ensuring all reporting requirements are met. About You Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent). 3+ years' experience in a similar finance leadership role. Strong reporting, planning, and analysis skills. Proven experience managing people and improving processes. Excellent communication and influencing skills.
