School Details
The school is fully subscribed for this academic year and is seeking a fun, friendly TA to support learners aged 5 to 19 years with complex needs, including Autism, Asperger's, and other associated needs. Recognized for its dedication and pioneering child development strategies, the school was recently awarded Outstanding by OFSTED. It offers an extensive, individually tailored creative curriculum with outdoor activities like horse riding. The school's main goal is to enable all learners to achieve full independence.

Minimum Requirements
* Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude towards supporting SEN learners (direct SEN experience not essential)
* GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
* Eligibility to work in the UK
Responsibilities
* Supporting SEN learners on a 1:1, small group, and classroom basis
* Communicating with parents and carers about pupils' progress
* Participating in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and school training events
