An established primary school in Sherborne is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Class Teacher to join its committed team of staff. Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils
* Employ a range of effective teaching strategies to promote progress and achievement

* Monitor and assess pupil attainment, using data to inform planning and intervention
* Contribute to the development of the curriculum and participate fully in the wider life of the school

The candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential
* Proven experience of teaching primary-aged pupils effectively
* A thorough understanding of safeguarding procedures and a strong commitment to pupil welfare
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
* A reflective and adaptable practitioner, committed to ongoing professional development
* A positive, caring, and resilient approach to supporting children’s learning and well-being
