Are you an experienced Production Supervisor or Team Leader with a background in manufacturing or regulated environments?Do you enjoy leading teams on the shop floor, driving performance and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards?Were supporting a global manufacturing business in Petersfield who are looking to recruit a Process Team Leader (PTL) to lead shift performance across key production areas.Whats the role all about?As a Process Team Leader, youll take ownership of shift delivery across manufacturing operations, ensuring production plans are achieved while maintaining strict compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role where youll be responsible for driving performance, developing your team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Key responsibilitiesLead and coordinate shift delivery across production areas, ensuring targets for Quality, Cost and Delivery are metPlan labour and equipment requirements in line with production schedulesProvide shop-floor leadership, including shift briefs, tier meetings and handoversMaintain real-time production status and escalate risks or constraintsWork closely with QA, Planning, Engineering and Warehouse teamsEnsure all manufacturing activities are carried out in line with GMP, safety and environmental standardsOversee raw material handling and pre-weigh processes to ensure production flowLead and support root cause investigations, deviations and CAPA activitiesDrive Right First Time (RFT) performance and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain high standards of housekeeping, hygiene and complianceSupport equipment availability, maintenance and new equipment implementationParticipate in and support internal and external auditsLead and develop your team, including performance management, coaching and trainingPromote a proactive health, safety and environmental cultureWhat youll needTo succeed in this role, youll bring:Experience leading a team or shift within a manufacturing or processing environmentStrong understanding of GMP and regulated environmentsExperience supporting audits, investigations and CAPA processesAbility to plan resources and deliver against production schedulesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyHands-on problem-solving and root cause analysis experienceExperience coaching and developing team membersDesirableExperience within pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food or other regulated industriesKnowledge of ISO 22716 and ISO 9001 standardsExposure to continuous improvement or lean methodologiesAbout youYoure a confident and approachable leader who enjoys being on the shop floor, supporting your team and driving performance.Interested?If youre an experienced Production Team Leader or Supervisor looking for your next step in a regulated manufacturing environment, wed love to hear from you.Apply today or contact us for a confidential discussion.Kingdom People are acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
