Job Description Job Title: Finance Assistant Location: Dungannon Area Reports to: Finance Manager Hours: Full-time, 8:30am 5:00pm Job Summary A well-established manufacturing business based in the Dungannon area is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join its finance team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions and supporting month-end processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial records across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the wider finance function. Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Perform regular bank reconciliations Assist with month-end accounts preparation Prepare and submit CIS returns Complete UK and ROI VAT returns Maintain accurate financial records and provide support during audits Liaise with internal departments and external advisors as required Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Bookkeeper or similar finance role Strong working knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes Experience preparing UK and ROI VAT returns and CIS submissions Good understanding of month-end procedures High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines effectively Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team Skills: Bookkeeper VAT returns (UK & ROI) and CIS month-end procedures High attention to detail and strong organisational
