We’re in the business of stories, not statistics. For data to make impact in business we need to connect the numbers to what they stand for. Behind every data point is a human experience, and our job is to bring this to life. Data humanism means acknowledging that data is not absolute truth. It is evidence to be interpreted and contextualised, just like qualitative research.
* Day job ready outputs
There’s a lot of talk of Daniel Kahneman’s System 1 and System 2 processing when it comes to questionnaire design, but it’s equally important the research outputs are designed to enable fast, system 1 processing. Our data outputs are designed to be visually compelling, strategic and immediately shareable. We deliver commercial and strategic analysis of the evidence; an action-oriented report to galvanise the total business around the opportunities discovered in the work.
We are now looking to support the growth of The Measure by having a dedicated sales resource in-house.

We are looking for:
We are looking for someone with 6–8 years of hands-on experience as a practitioner—someone who enjoys working closely with clients to understand their needs, and who can develop thoughtful proposals and solutions that not only meet but exceed expectations.
The role: what you’ll do
* Be able to use the collateral & case studies from The Measurein order togenerate leads amongst our identified target client lists
* Target clients will comepredominantly fromCPG/Sports/Tech
* Be able to work across US and UK/EMEA
* Be able to confidently talk to the quant process that we are selling and be able to navigatequestions that come from potential clients
* Be able to spot potential opportunities and follow those leadsin order toconvert theminto new clients
* Becomfortable in putting together proposals, collaborating withadditionalteam members where necessary
* You’reskilled atspotting opportunities,opening upconversations and building relationships
* You’reexcited by a fast-paced environment and can effectively juggle multiple priorities
* You’re strategic but a highly capable doer. You have a can-do attitude and recognise that as a team, no job is too small for anyone
* Work with key account teams and help identify any potential opportunities for cross-selling quant and/or pitching to new divisions within existing clients

* Meeting lead generation targets
* Reporting to, and communicating regularly with, our Head of Business Development and Head of The Measure
* Spotting opportunities that may alsobenefitThe Mix Global as a whole
