Role Overview
Depending on level, you will be responsible for:

Delivering pre- and post-contract quantity surveying services.
*
Supporting or leading projects from feasibility through to final account.
*
Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and tender documentation.
*
Advising clients on procurement routes and contract strategy.
*
Administering contracts and managing commercial risk.
*
Producing accurate reports and recommendations for clients.
*
Supporting junior team members as you progress.
About You
*
Consultancy or client-side quantity surveying experience.
*
Working toward or holding a relevant professional qualification (MRICS desirable).
*
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
*
Confident communicator with a professional, client-facing approach.
*
Organised, proactive and keen to develop within a consultancy environment.
*
Ability to manage workload appropriate to your experience level.
