Looking for a hands-on role where you can make a difference? We’re seeking a Weekend Waste Management Facilitator at HMP Millsike to oversee waste operations within the prison, ensuring a clean and sustainable environment.
Hours: Saturday & Sunday, 9 AM – 12 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supervising prisoners in waste collection, sorting, and disposal.
Encouraging sustainability by promoting recycling and eco-friendly waste management.
Conducting prisoner searches and ensuring compliance with security procedures.
Maintaining health & safety standards in all waste operations.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in manual work (e.g., maintenance, handyman, or similar).
Awareness of health & safety and security protocols.
Willingness to work within a prison environment and conduct searches.
Previous experience in a prison or waste management setting is a plus but not essential!
