What the Job Involves You will work with the Hillingdon Virtual School team to raise the attainment of children known to Social Care. This involves holding a caseload of Looked After Children, tracking their progress, and contributing to policy development and service improvements. You will also provide training and support to school staff, social workers, and carers, and develop effective relationships with various agencies to ensure service delivery. Additionally, you will handle Personal Education Plans, offer advocacy and guidance, and ensure compliance with legislation related to Social Care.
