Property Administrator (Part-Time)
Location: Hendon (Office-Based)
Hours: 16.5 hours per week (3-4 days, 10:30 AM 4:00 PM)
Salary: £15 - £18 per hour (depending on experience)
A well-established property management company is seeking a part-time Property Administrator to join their friendly and growing team. This role is ideal for someone with previous property administration experience, strong organisational skills, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and updating property data using MS Excel and internal management software (training provided).
* Preparing tenancy-related paperwork.
* Handling phone and email inquiries from tenants, agents, and third parties.
* Conducting market research and analysis to support decision-making.
* Providing general administrative support to the property management team.
* Opportunities to get involved in additional areas of the business.
Key Requirements:
* Property administration experience is essential.
* Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
