ER Specialist (You must have extensive employee relations experience)

Our client, a global Managed Services and Specialist Staffing provider, is looking for an ER Partner to join their growing team. The role involves providing customer-focused, responsive, accurate, and pragmatic HR advice and support to managers, employees, and flexible workers, in line with company policies, internal procedures, and legal requirements.
The business
* Acts as an "ambassador" of the Group, working in line with company culture and values.
* Understands the company brands and their unique offerings.
* Works with the business to deliver a first-class advisory service covering employment and employee relations matters.
* Provides a positive customer experience through each advisory interaction throughout the employee lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
Advice and Guidance:
* Inform and advise managers on all Employee Relations matters, ensuring understanding of commercial requirements, key activities, and standards.
* Manage cases related to disciplinaries, performance, grievances, absence, TUPE, redundancy, and ACAS.
* Develop effective relationships to promote good employee relations practice.
* Provide advice and support on client calls and HR queries, referring to colleagues when necessary.
* Maintain up-to-date policies and guidelines, including policy development.
* Liaise with Payroll and HR Admin teams for process continuation.
Case Management:
* Manage Employee Relations cases, ensuring timely responses and compliance with statutory and company policies.
* Draft and review relevant documentation.
* Support ACAS early conciliation cases and occupational health referrals.
Technology and HR Systems:
* Accurate data management on HR systems, including reporting and record-keeping.
* Ensure policies are accessible and data complies with GDPR.
Relationship Management:
* Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with managers, HR Business Partners, and colleagues.
Change Management:
* Support organizational change activities, advising managers on restructuring and employment legislation.
Projects:
* Collaborate with the People team to meet departmental objectives.
* Review and update Employee Relations materials and policies.
Experience and Skills
* HR Advisory background with strong Employee Relations expertise.
* Proven case management skills.
* Solid understanding of employment law, GDPR, and HR systems.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
* Experience in a corporate or professional services environment.
