Implementations and Training Technician
Fareham, Hampshire | £40-45k | Permanent | 37.5 hrs (Mon-Fri)

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an Implementation and Training Technician to support client deployments, deliver training, and assist with technical project work. This is a client-facing role involving on-site visits across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
* Carry out site visits for installations, troubleshooting and client training.
* Deliver software demonstrations and support sales presentations.
* Provide remote and in-person training and respond to training queries.
* Assist with project planning, scoping, and stakeholder communication.
* Test software/systems, manage imaging processes, deploy APIs, and support cloud-hosted environments.
* Contribute to security, compliance, and software release management.
* Produce documentation and provide handovers to support teams.
* Complete occasional out-of-hours tasks (TOIL provided) and identify upsell opportunities.
Essential Requirements
1. Full UK driving licence.
2. Experience with desktop/server OS and SQL Server.
3. Experience delivering training (remote and face-to-face).
4. Recent experience in a similar technical role.
