We’re supporting a leading consultancy delivering a major data centre construction project in Grimsby, and they’re looking for a Document Controller to join the delivery team and manage critical project information across the lifecycle of the build.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a high-value, technically complex programme with a strong pipeline of future projects.
️ What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing and maintaining project documentation and drawing registers
* Controlling the distribution, filing, and tracking of project documents
* Ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant, and up to date
* Supporting project teams with document workflows and approvals
* Maintaining document control systems and processes
* Liaising with engineers, planners, project managers, and contractors
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in a Document Controller / Document Control role
Experience working on major infrastructure or construction projects in the UK
Background within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or data centre projects
Experience using EDMS / document management systems
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced site-based project environment
