Role Overview
* Advise clients on various tax issues, including compliance and advisory projects.
* Support Directors and Partners by managing and developing a team of tax specialists.
* Participate in client meetings, providing clear and confident responses.
* Build trust through high-quality, accurate tax advice delivered on time.
* Develop junior team members and support their career growth.
* Offer innovative solutions to tax issues and assist with exit readiness and cross-selling.
* Lead pitches and proposals, actively growing the business.
Candidate Profile
We seek ambitious, adaptable professionals with a professional qualification (CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent) and experience managing private equity portfolios. Experience with PE-backed transactions, supervising teams, and business development is desirable but not essential.
