Job Description:
The Q&FS Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering the Drinks & Treats (D&T) strategy by leading key quality and food safety agenda. This role drives a strong quality mindset and behaviors within the sub‑business unit and the external manufacturing network. The manager is responsible for implementing and overseeing operations such as incident management, change management, continuous improvement (CI), and the overall Q&FS strategy for Mars Drinks and Treats.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Team Leadership & Development: Manage, engage, and develop Q&FS associates by fostering a high‑performing team culture.
* Quality & Food Safety Systems: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of sub‑BU quality management systems via QMP Management Review.
* Incident & Change Management: Act as the incident owner for Q&FS‑related incidents on site, ensuring compliance with PRIMP standards.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs and goals aligned with site and regional objectives.
* Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Provide leadership and coordination across functions to develop a clear roadmap for full compliance with global Q&FS standards.

* Practical experience applying scientific principles in food manufacturing quality and food safety.
