Planning & Compliance Coordinator
At Foxes Rural, we're offering a structured opportunity to train and progress as a Planning & Compliance Coordinator. No previous planning experience is needed — full training and support will be provided.

What you'll do (with training and support):
* Support planning applications – assist with pre-apps, permitted development, full applications, and appeals.
* Manage compliance tasks – keep accurate records, track deadlines, prepare reports, and ensure applications meet planning rules.
* Prepare drawings – support applications using CAD to produce accurate plans and layouts.
* Use our systems – update the CRM to monitor every application from enquiry to decision.
* Assist with site work – join consultants on visits, preparing notes and follow-up documentation.
* Liaise with councils, clients, and stakeholders – supporting communication in a professional and structured way.
* Learn step by step – with mentoring from experienced consultants to help you grow into the role.
What you bring:
* An interest in agriculture, rural life, or property.
* Organised and reliable, with an eye for detail.
* Comfortable working with systems, documents, and procedures.
* Good working knowledge of CAD or willingness to learn.
* Strong written and spoken communication skills.
* A steady, consistent approach, with a willingness to learn and progress.
