Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee our drainage contracts within our organisation, these works are mainly domestic works, however we do service commercial contracts too. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the drainage industry and demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities. This role requires effective communication skills, organisational prowess, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring project objectives are met.
Duties
* Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution within the drainage industry. Works to include Lining/Patch Repairs, septic tank installations, jetting, CCTV Surveys, Excavation works, mains connections/diversions.
* Provide quotations for all types of drainage works
* Gather requirements from stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
* Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
* Implement cost control measures to ensure projects remain within budget.
* Lead project meetings, facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders.
* Liaise with our business development manager to help grow the business.
* Maintain documentation in content management systems for future reference and compliance.
* Implement Health & Safety whilst carrying out the above duties.
Experience
* Proven experience in supervising teams and managing drainage projects from inception to completion.
* Hands on experience with all types of drainage works.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a focus on team management and motivation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
