Your Role
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and deliver end-to-end functional analysis across complex Treasury and transaction-driven processes
2. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define scope, validate assumptions, and assess business impact
3. Analyze current-state processes and contribute to designing target-state operating models
Produce high-quality BA artefacts including:
4. Business & functional requirements
5. Process flows
6. Assumptions, dependencies, and constraints
7. Impact assessments
Act as a senior functional lead during delivery, managing scope, risks, dependencies, and change
Engage with stakeholders across:
8. Business
9. Operations
10. Risk
11. Finance
12. Legal
13. Technology
Contribute to initiatives involving Digital Assets, tokenisation, and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT)
Assess impact on Treasury functions including:
14. Liquidity management
15. Settlement flows
16. Operating models
17. Controls and regulatory obligations
Apply sound judgment in evaluating emerging technologies and their integration with existing systems
Domain Focus
This role is aligned to Treasury transformation initiatives, including:
18. Core Treasury platforms
19. Digital Assets & tokenisation
20. Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) implementations
Your Job
21. Extensive experience as a Business Analyst in Investment Banking / Financial Services
22. Proven track record in large-scale transformation programs involving multiple systems and workstreams
Strong understanding of:
23. Transaction & trading lifecycles
24. Downstream impacts across risk, finance, and reporting
25. Expertise in Agile / Hybrid delivery models
26. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex and ambiguous problems
27. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
Working knowledge of:
28. Digital Assets / DLT (from business/process perspective)
29. Feasibility, operating model impact, and delivery risks
Ability to translate business objectives and regulatory requirements into actionable inputs for technology teams
Experience with tools for:
30. Documentation
31. Code repositories
32. Issue tracking
33. Collaboration platforms
