The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs coming in, work going through, and final jobs coming out of the Image team.
This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days onsite per week.
Description
This role involves managing various specialist areas including 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching. The ideal candidate is highly organized, methodical, and possesses strong communication skills, capable of planning and managing multiple jobs simultaneously.
The team supports clients across all media globally. The role demands high competency in project management, multitasking, and meeting diverse deadlines. Effective planning, record-keeping, proactive organization, and clear communication with Commercial/Project Managers and team leaders are essential to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area, plan, and oversee delivery of all image assets.
* Develop positive relationships within the team to foster an expert environment.
* Understand client challenges and priorities to inform planning.
* Contribute to strategy and planning discussions.
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers during project development.
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources.
* Gain thorough knowledge of client systems, review, and production processes.
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, maintaining awareness of job statuses.
* Keep team members updated on project statuses.
* Motivate team members during high-pressure periods.
* Ensure briefs are accurate and detailed.
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure all assets are available.
* Act as a communication link between the Image team and other departments.
* Manage accounts system, raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance work.
* Ensure estimates are approved before work begins.
* Process invoices promptly and accurately.
Skills
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably in a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in these areas is beneficial. The candidate should be eager to learn software used by the team to improve efficiency. Personal qualities include decision-making ability, excellent communication skills, problem-solving skills, composure under pressure, proactivity, a positive attitude, and a 'can-do' approach.
