As a Senior Multi-Utility Designer Pre-Contract, youll generate cost-effective valued engineering multi utility designs in line with the customer requirements, including a bill of quantity, financial summary report and formal quote/contract known as a letter of offer. You will also line manage a team of designers and support trainees through their development programmes.
Your responsibilities as a Senior Multi-Utility Designer Pre-Contract:
1. Team Leadership and Development -Lead and support Intermediate and Trainee Designers through day to day coaching, technical guidance and oversight, while managing key people responsibilities and encouraging continuous development and knowledge sharing.
2. Multi Utility Design Delivery -Produce coordinated multi utility designs in line with project requirements and client specifications, covering electricity, gas and water networks, with a strong focus on technical accuracy, cost efficiency and value engineering.
