Job Title: Solution Architect

Salary: up to £90,000 (experience dependent)

Would you like to work with a well-established technology company at the forefront of the Microsoft ecosystem? This team helps organisations of all sizes—charities, enterprises, and local businesses—to build smart, user-friendly solutions that make everyday operations simpler and more effective.
You will be designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. This is a varied position involving pre-sales activities, workshops, and hands-on project delivery. Success requires the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance priorities, and stay current with evolving technologies. The work will include chargeable client projects, pre-sales support (such as meetings and tender responses), and input into new and existing product development.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and contribute to tender responses, presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
* Act as the design authority for client projects, ensuring architectural integrity.
* Lead client workshops and gather requirements.
* Create and maintain documentation such as architecture designs, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and consistent stakeholder communication.
* Champion company standards and best practices.
* Engage with internal product and development teams to plan and manage new features or solutions.
* Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure tasks where required.
* Maintain relevant Microsoft certifications and stay up to date with new technologies.
* Share knowledge with project teams and the wider organisation.
* Apply lessons learned to continually improve processes and solutions.
Skills and Experience
* Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or Business Central) with relevant certifications or equivalent experience.
* Good understanding of Azure, Office 365, and related cloud technologies, including Power BI.
* Experience with the software development lifecycle, release management, data migrations, and early-life support.
* Background in consulting, pre-sales, and business analysis.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Compensation
Salary: up to £90,000 (experience dependent). Packages: Competitive benefits.
* £65,000-£75,000 per annum, Benefits: Fantastic benefits & Bonus
* £60,000-£70,000 per annum, Benefits: Quarterly Bonuses & excellent Benefits package
