Role
We’re looking for a Client Services Account Executive to support our Product Operations team by providing day-to-day operational and administrative support to Account Managers across B2B client accounts in the CEMEA and EU regions.
Responsibilities
* Support Account Managers with daily client operations
* Assist with billing, reporting, onboarding, and account maintenance
* Investigate and resolve client queries, disputes, and complaints
* Maintain accurate account data and documentation
* Work cross-functionally with Finance, Tech, and Marketing teams
Qualifications
* Experience in a client-facing, account support, or admin role
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
* Confident communicator with good stakeholder skills
* Advanced Excel skills (essential)
* Fluent English; second European language desirable
