Ideal Candidate:
* AAT qualified or part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
* Strong Excel skills (LOOKUPS, pivot tables)
* Confident communicator, personable, and tenacious
* Numerate with excellent attention to detail
* Analytical skills with experience in data synthesis and trend analysis
* Proactive problem-solver with a passion for process improvement
* Team player
* Experience in finance or credit control within an agency or professional services firm (desirable)
Key Responsibilities:
* Producing and reconciling monthly sales invoices
* Chasing debtors and issuing statements
* Processing supplier invoices and resolving queries
* Assisting with month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
* Supporting management accounts preparation and analysis
* Assisting with statutory accounts and audits
* Maintaining operational financial systems (SAGE, Synergist, ADP)
* Improving finance processes and efficiency
* Managing expenses from travel booking systems
