Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us on a full-time, fixed-term contract for the duration of the academic year. You'll bring proven experience of working with young people and adults in a work-based setting, with the enthusiasm and commitment to support learners in achieving their goals and moving into sustainable employment.
Please note that this the role requires the post holder to work during term time, across 38 weeks of the academic year.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you'll work with partners and colleagues to bring learners onto the programme and support them on their journey into employment. You'll manage a caseload, creating and reviewing personalised plans that help individuals overcome barriers, build skills, and access the right training.
